13th September 2013 – Adam Internet (www.adam.com.au) is pleased to announce that it has been awarded the ‘Best Internet Service Provider Website’ in the Web Marketing Association WebAwards 2013.

The WebAwards is an international award given to organisations who deliver outstanding achievement in web development, examining the seven criteria of design, innovation, content, technology, interactivity, copywriting and ease of use.

The international judging panel review websites from around the world, placing themselves in the position of the consumer to score each website against the seven criteria. Once all sites have been given a score a final review selects the best sites for each industry sector.

Michael Owen Chief Operating Officer from Adam Internet comments, “We are thrilled to be given this prestigious award and that our site has been recognised as the best within the industry, at an international level.

When we developed the new site, we focused on how the customer wants to engage with us online, how they search for and want to receive information. Although the process was very long, this focus drove all of our decisions and final design.

This project really was a great team effort, with the Marketing and Web Development teams working closely with our agencies Brand New Creative and Plastyk to produce the final result”.

Adam Internet is now focused on updating their Customer Portal, working towards the same core focus of how the customer wants to engage with the site.
