| "Leading South Australian Internet Service Provider (ISP), Adam Internet, will launch its Unconditioned Local Loop (ULL) service, also known as Naked DSL, at 1pm on Wednesday 9 April. The decision comes despite Telstra’s submission of its new ULL pricing model to the country’s competition watchdog, the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC). This submission has resulted in lengthy delays in the ACCC issuing its remaining pricing determinations for access seekers, such as Adam Internet. While some ISPs are now able to market their Naked DSL services according to revised pricing, which was issued prior to the submission of the new model, others - such as Adam Internet, are forced to await determinations while facing charges double those of their competitors..." | "Leading South Australian Internet Service Provider (ISP), Adam Internet, is encouraging its staff and customers to commit to sustainable living by throwing its support behind Adelaide’s inaugural Savings & Loans Green City Festival 2008 (February 17). The company has provided IT solutions to support the Elder Park event, and established a sustainable living ‘pledge station’ in the staff recreation room at its central Adelaide headquarters. Employees visiting the station will be able to log on to the Green City website – www.greencityfestival.com.au - and make a personal pledge to protect the environment. | "Following a three-year access dispute with Telstra, leading South Australian Internet Service Provider (ISP), Adam Internet, has received a favourable final determination from the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC) in relation to the pricing of Telstra’s Line Sharing Service (LSS). However, despite winning the support of the nation’s competition regulator, Adam Internet now faces a further battle in the Federal Court of Australia, after Telstra lodged notice of its intent to appeal the ACCC ruling. The subject of legal argument since 2005, the new LSS prices applied by the ACCC will level the playing field within the ISP market and enable Adam Internet to compete fairly with Telstra."
