'Adelaide: Adam Internet and OptiComm have announceed a joint venture to install new and sustainable communication technology in Land Management Corporation's Lochiel Park development in Adelaide. The infrastructure includes 2.5km of fibre cabling, providing houses with high-speed fibre optic broadband, a video on demand television service and un-timed national and international phone calls. The fibre optic cables replace the need for copper, reinforcing Lochiel Park's focus on sustainability. "Lochiel Park will set a benchmark, not only for sustainable housing developments of the future, but for the latest in home technology, which is something South Australia can be proud of," says Wayne Gibbings, chief executive officer at Land Management Corporation.'
