SACAS Calendar of Events
SACAS offer an exciting and varied calendar of events designed to meet the needs of our diverse membership. Some events focus on traditional calendar of Chinese Festivals and they provide opportunities to explore and celebrate Chinese culture together. Waiting Parent events cater specifically for the needs of those currently in the process of adopting a child from China. As child-free events they provide for frank and open discussions of all aspects of the inter-country adoption process. Panda-Play is our playgroup program for the 0-5 age range and it seeks to provide a fun and supportive environment in which parents and their children 0-5 years can play and explore aspects of Chinese culture. Bamboo-Crew events are designed for members with children around the 5+ age range. This group provides age appropriate activities and vital peer support throughout the school years. SACAS actively seek to cooperate and collaborate with other groups including those within the adoption, Chinese and wider communities.
