Customer Service/Help Desk Representative

Are you a superior customer service officer? Do you want to work for a company that has been based in South Australia for 20 years? Do you have sound knowledge of computers and the internet?

Due to expansion, we are looking for people who have a passion for customer service, mixed with dedication to ensure the level of service to every customer is of the highest standard. In this role as an Inbound Customer Service Representative you will use the following skills daily:
  • Superior Customer Service
  • Good Computer Knowledge and the ability to use Multiple Systems
  • Exceptional Problem Solving
  • Clear and Professional Communication skills

As one of our Customer Service Representatives you will be responsible for assisting customers with their accounts, providing detailed product knowledge and resolving customer problems or concerns. You will be required to supply a current National Police Certificate (NPC)
