Netcomm NB6plus4Wn Firmware Upgrade Guide For ADSL & ADSL2+
This guide will walk you through upgrading the firmware on the Netcomm NB6plus4Wn modem for use with the ADSL & ADSL2+ service.
Please ensure that you have downloaded and have loaded on your computer the latest version of the Netcomm NB6plus4Wn firmware.

|Plug the power adapter to turn on the Netcomm NB6plus4Wn.|
|Allow 60 - 90 seconds for the Netcomm NB6plus4Wn to power up.|
|Connect your computer to an Ethernet port on the Netcomm NB6plus4Wn.|
|Open the web browser (Internet Explorer, Firefox, Google Chrome, Safari etc) on the computer, type in http://192.168.1.1/ in the address bar and then press Enter.|
Log into the modem by entering the Username admin and the Password admin.
The press the Login button.
|From the top menu select Management.|
|From the left menu select Update Firmware.|
Press the Browse or Choose File button.
Navigate to and select the firmware of the modem from your computer.
Press the Update Firmware button.
You will now be presented with a message notifying you that the update is in progress.
The firmware upgrade is complete once the modem has fully rebooted. This may take up to three minutes.
