Netcomm NB6plus4W Rev 2 AdamTV with Fetch Setup Guide

This guide will walk you through setting up AdamTV with Fetch with the Netcomm NB6plus4W Rev 2 modem.
Step 1
Plug the power adapter to turn on the Netcomm NB6plus4W Rev 2.
Step 2
Allow 60 - 90 seconds for the Netcomm NB6plus4W Rev 2 to power up.

Ensure that you have static ADSL light on your modem before progressing any further.
Step 3
Connect your computer to any Ethernet port on the Netcomm NB6plus4W Rev 2.
Step 4
Open the web browser (Internet Explorer, Firefox, Google Chrome, Safari etc) on the computer, type in http://192.168.1.1/ in the address bar and then press Enter. nb6plus4w_rev2_firmware_1

Log into the modem by entering the Username 'admin' and the Password 'admin'.

The press the 'Login' button.

Set VPI: to 9.
Set VCI: to 89.

Ensure that DSL Link Type (EoA is for PPPoE, IPoE, Bridge.) is set to EoA

Set Encapsulation Mode: to LLC/SNAP-BRIDGING

Set Service Category to UBR Without PCR.

Ensure that Select Connection Mode is set to Default Mode

Ensure that Enable Quality Of Service is not Finally, press the Apply/Save button.

Select Internet from the left menu. nb6plus4w_rev2_firmware_4

Press the Add button from below the Wide Area Network (WAN) Service Setup table. nb6plus4w_rev2_firmware_5

Ensure that atm1/(0_9_89) is selected.

Press the Next button.

Set the WAN service type to IP over Ethernet.

Set the Service Description to FetchTV.

Press the Next button.

Select Obtain an IP address automatically.

Ensure that Option 125 is ticked.

Ensure that Enable IGMP Multicast is ticked.

Enable NAT and Enable Firewall should not be ticked.

Press the Next button.

Set Selected WAN Interface to pppoe_0_8_35.

Press the Next button.

Select Obtain DNS info from a WAN interface and set WAN Interface selected to pppoe_0_8_35.

Press the Next button.

Here you are presented with a summary table of the adjustments we have made.

Simply press the Apply/Save button.

Select IGMP Snooping from the left hand menu.

Select Blocking Mode.

Ensure that Virtual LAN Function on Ethernet is Enabled. Press the Apply button.

From the left menu select Reset Router.

Ensure that Reset to factory default settings is not ticked.

Once the modem has rebooted it will be ready to use with AdamTV with Fetch.
