Netcomm NB604N-02 AdamTV with Fetch Setup Guide

This guide will walk you through setting up the Netcomm NB604N-02 modem router to access AdamTV with Fetch.

Step 1
Plug the power adapter to turn on the Netcomm NB604N-02.
Step 2
Allow 60 - 90 seconds for the Netcomm NB604N-02 to power up.
Step 3
Connect your computer to any Ethernet port on the Netcomm NB604N-02.
Step 4
Ensure that your able to browse the internet.

If you are unable to browse the internet please configure your modem using the Netcomm NB604N-02 Broadband Setup guide.
Step 5
Open the web browser (Internet Explorer, Firefox, Google Chrome, Safari etc) on the computer, type in http://192.168.1.1/ in the address bar and then press Enter. nb604n02_firmware_1

Log into the modem by entering the Username 'admin' and the Password 'admin'.

The press the 'Login' button.

Select Advanced Setup from the left menu.
Step 8
Now select Layer 2 Interface from the left menu.

Now press the Add button below the table.

Step 9
Set VPI: to 9.
Set VCI: to 89.

Ensure that Select DSL Latency is set to Path0.

Ensure that DSL Link Type (EoA is for PPPoE, IPoE, Bridge.) is set to EoA

Ensure that Select Connection Mode is set to Default Mode

Set Encapsulation Mode: to LLC/SNAP-BRIDGING

Set Service Category to UBR Without PCR.

Set Select IP QoS Scheduler Algorithm to Strict Priority

Set Weight Value of the default queue: to 1

Set MPAAL Group Precedence to 8.

Finally, press the Apply/Save button.
Step 10
Select WAN Service from the left menu.
Step 11
Now press the Add button below the table.
Step 12
Ensure that atm1/(0_9_89) is selected.

Press the Next button.

Set the WAN service type to IP over Ethernet.

Set the Service Description to FetchTV.

Ensure that Enable IPv6 for this service is not ticked.

Press the Next button.

Ensure that Obtain an IP address automatically is selected.

Set Option 125 to Disable. Press the Next button.
Step 15
Ensure that Enable NAT and Enable IGMP Multicast are ticked.

Enable Fullcone NAT and Enable Firewall should not be ticked.

Press the Next button.

ppp0 should be on the left and atm1 should be on the right.

When this is done press the Next button.

ppp0 should be on the left and atm1 should be on the right.

When this is done press the Next button.

Here you are presented with a summary table of the adjustments we have made.

Simply press the Apply/Save button.

Your AdamTV with Fetch service is now setup.
