Netcomm NB6plus4Wn AdamTV with Fetch Setup Guide

This guide will walk you through setting up AdamTV with Fetch with the Netcomm NB6plus4Wn modem.
Step 1
Plug the power adapter to turn on the Netcomm NB6plus4Wn.
Step 2
Allow 60 - 90 seconds for the Netcomm NB6plus4Wn to power up.

Ensure that you have static ADSL light on your modem before progressing any further.
Step 3
Connect your computer to any Ethernet port on the Netcomm NB6plus4Wn.
Step 4
Open the web browser (Internet Explorer, Firefox, Google Chrome, Safari etc) on the computer, type in http://192.168.1.1/ in the address bar and then press Enter. nb6plus4w_rev2_firmware_1

Log into the modem by entering the Username 'admin' and the Password 'admin'.

The press the 'Login' button.

Set VPI: to 9.
Set VCI: to 89.

Set Service Category to UBR Without PCR.

Finally, press the Next button.

Set Protocol: to Bridging.
Set Encapsulation Type: to LLC/SNAP.

Ensure that Enable QoS is ticked.

Ensure that Enable 802.1Q VLAN Tagging is not ticked.

Finally, press the Next button.

Ensure that Obtain an IP address automatically is selected.

Ensure that Obtain DNS server address automatically is selected.

Ensure that Enable NAT and Add Default Route are not ticked.

Finally, press the Next button.

Ensure that Enable this Internet Connection is ticked.

Set Connection Name to FetchTV.

Finally, press the Apply button.

Ensure that FetchTV - IGMP Proxy Enabled is ticked.

Select Local Network from the left menu.

Then select IGMP Snooping from the left menu.

Set IGMP Snooping to Enabled.

Ensure that Filtering out multicast packets which will be sent to you local network if no user play multimedia movies is ticked. Finally, press the Apply button.

From the bottom of the left menu select restarting router.

Ensure that Reset to factory default settings is not ticked.

Press the Reboot button.

Once the modem has rebooted it will be ready to use with AdamTV with Fetch.
