Name-a-burger


McDonalds have this wanky “name a burger” thing going at the moment.

I wonder how much McDonalds pays its marketing consultants to think up this kind of stuff? To try and sell more burgers, they create a “new” burger that is slightly different to the existing range. Then they have a campaign to name the “new” burger, which requires everyone to buy it first.

Despite the polite invitation from McDonalds to do so, I (fortunately) don’t have to try the burger to create an appropriate name.

My proposal for the new burger is “McClottery”, a delicious and filling amalgamation of “clotted” and “artery”.
