Australian Broadband Guarantee Eligibility

If you have been unable to receive metro-comparable service1 and are in a broadband blackspot, you may be eligible for a subsidised service under the Australian Broadband Guarantee program. To determine your eligibility and register under the Australian Government's Australian Broadband Guarantee program you will need to fill out the Broadband Service Locator.

I am in a broadband blackspot, how do I sign up?

After completing the Broadband Service Locator, the Australian Government's Australian Broadband Guarantee program will send you an information pack to the postal address you have designated, follow the instructions detailed on the cover letter. Once you have determined that you do not have access to a metro-comparable service and you have received your Customer Declaration form, you are ready to signup for AdamMax.

To signup for AdamMax, go to the Online Application Form and follow through the steps. Please ensure that you enter the Customer ID (located on the top right corner of your Customer Declaration form) into the ABG Customer ID field of the AdamMax application.

Alternatively you can complete an AdamMax application over the phone by calling the Adam Internet Sales Team on (08) 8423 4030.

After completing your application, please ensure that you post your Customer Declaration form to Adam Internet as soon as possible. Please note we will not be able to begin provisioning your AdamMax order until we have received this form.
