Things you should know:

  1. Pick & Mix
    • Only on an eligible fixed broadband service, plus two different additional services. Discount applies to fixed monthly cost in month after all services are active. Not available with some existing offers. T&Cs apply at www.adam.com.au/legal.
  2. Adam Mobile
    1. Unused usage allowances expire monthly. Excess usage charges apply.
    2. Included value can be used for standard national voice calls, standard national SMS and MMS, Voicemail, and calls to 13/1300 and 1800 numbers.
    3. AdamMobile uses the Optus network, providing coverage across Australia. Coverage area is handset dependent. 3G services available throughout the Optus network with compatible 3G Dual Band handsets subject to network availability. Outside these areas, only GSM/GPRS services available. See Availability for more detailed information on coverage.
    4. Not all mobile handsets are compatible with our SIM cards or it may be necessary for your handset to be unlocked before it can work with our SIM cards.
    5. Exit Fees for early termination of an AdamMobile Service are located in our Schedule of Fees and Charges.

  3. Fetchtv
    1. Fetchtv is available via a 24 month contract only.
    2. Clear aerial reception is required for free-to-Air channels.
  4. AdamTalk
    1. The $50 credit for local and national numbers throughout Australia apply only for AdamEzyChoice and AdamBasicChoice plans. Other legacy plans may vary.
    2. Included call credits can not be used for International, Mobile or Special calls.
    3. National Calls require the Full National Number to be provided (including the Area Code).
    4. International Numbers need to be prefixed with either + or 0011.
    5. If you add AdamTalk to our ADSL2+ or BasicChoice service you will need to retain your existing telephone line.
