Adam Talk customers with a blank Display Name configured are unable to make outbound calls. For example, an NB9 supplied modem which has been manually configured during help desk trouble shooting.

A fix has been proposed and we are working on implementing this immediately.

UPDATE 2008-10-09 1815: All issues in relation to this outage notice have been resolved.
