Also upon detailed analysis the running figure has a 'haze' around it, seeing this video came from America I can only assume the figure has been 'entered' into the scene using a computer. It could even possibly be found in some of Martins home movie's. No doubt the court has sold or detroyed any remaining evidence.

One figure even appears to be having a cigarette, strange for a mass murder scene only hardened war veterrans would casually stand there as though they are bullet proof.

No what this footage shows us is a man or woman either staging the scene for police or staging the scene for some profit hungry scum, Either way what this so called evidence shows us is nothing useful at all.

It may as well be Humphrey Bear running down the road, you can not confidently say it is Martin Bryant or that it is not Martin Bryant, but to convict him just because the Judge and Prosecution say 'well who else can it be' is a poor excuse for an argument and convicting Martin Bryant solely on similar evidence is illegal and immoral.

'Oh but we (the police) have around 200 witnesses who were there that day if we ever need them.' Well bring them out then, the truth is those who did see the killer in the cafe are not able to say if it is or is not. Reason being is that the killer shot those nearest to him in the head, the rest of the people ducked for cover as is instinct in such a situation.

So their testimony would be destroyed be the defense, another reason why they said a court case would be a waste of time was that he is so obviously guilty that a court case would cost millions and therfore is a waste of taxpayers money. Thanks to the media protraying Martin as a psycho nutter no one objected to his immediate imprisonment.

So much hatred has been directed at Martin Bryant in the media that so called 'witnesses' will swear black and blue it was Martin Bryant even though they did not get a good look all they saw was a man with long blond hair, 'Oh, that must be Martin, he has long blond hair.'

How stupid of some people, you believe only what established authority tell you to believe and when evidence proves that to be wrong you stubbornly refuse to admit that the Government could be wrong. After all they are our protectors right?.

Well guess again, if you are male, poor, alone, and a troubled soul then don't expect any help from the police, court system, lawyers, psychologists, government officials or any authority at all.

Hear is another view of the people watching 'someone' run down the road, this time a news helicopter and ominous black van appear, the vidoe I assume the helicopter took is nowhere to be found. It was probably confiscated as is now gone.

I found out how incompetant the police are, when by choice, lI lived in the poorest part of South Australia and my house was continually being broken into by my sneaky neighbour. I then found out that the police won't help you if your young and poor (and thus with no legal representative). Also when the criminals drove past when I was making a complaint about vandalism the Police refused to give chase.

I was furious they were showing an attitude of 'oh, you must have done somethiing to upset them' and 'well you obviously owe them money or something'. To them I was some poor scum who deserved what I got (they beleive if your poor then you must do illegal things to support yourself). Instead of using their brains to figure out that I am an artist who sells paintings to make an extra buck, or that at the time I was working for the Red Cross as a volunteer three days a week.

No they arrived with prejudaces intact, were offensive from the outset, and had no intention of following up the case due to 'a lack of evidence', remember they refused to give chase and collect any evidence in the first place. After consulting a lawyer I found that there isnt a judge in Australia who at the time would sympathise with my case against the police. And that because there was no evidence against my sneaky neighbour the judge would throw the case out of court.

Unless the victim is middle to upper class family person or the evidence and criminals are over flowing into the police's hands then they will not investigate due to 'a lack of man power'. So basically criminals are being given free reign, what is going to happen in 20 years when unemployment is at 40% and despirate young people abound, are the police going to say 'well you should be giving us more money to do our jobs. But hang on, didn't they join the police force knowing full well how much and for how long they will recieve payments.

Did they not join the police force knowing they would be expected to investigate ANY crime however trivial, for the afore said payment. Are the police now going to hold us to ransom for more money, whilst every day they collect more and more money for speeding and traffic fines. Thats right we are paying TWICE for the police to 'protect' us, they are glorified money collectors for the government, they now refuse to do the job they are paid for and use the massive increase in crime to support their views. If they enforced THE law, instead of just traffic laws, they would find criminals are less prepared to risk prison again, but seeing that the cops wont investigate ALL crimes the criminals get away scot free.

The next photograph shows what is supposed to be Martin Bryant again running, this time from another angle, again there is no way on earth you could second guess who is in this photo also a black van appears, surely if Martin was killing everyone in site all these people would be dead, they don't even seem worried. This is obviously forged evidence or at the least recreated so the Judge could see what happened on the day. Though if this is true the Judge was not notified of it's actual authenticity.

No doubt the police in the helicopter think it is Martin Bryant dispite the restricted view of him, and he does not look up, very proffesional, who ever it is. As an artist there is no way I would admit to being able to recognise someones face if they are below me and looking forwards or down, it would make me the worlds biggest fake.

Apparently Martin Bryant has been convicted of mass murder because he appears to be the man in the pictures and since the police reluctantly admitted that several people did escape the scene of the murders never to be seen again ,matters little because they 'have their man' or should I say 'we are going to charge this one because the real killers (sic) got away'.

There are far to many inconsistencies to NOT have an inquiry into the conduct of all involved, even behind the scene, what price is thier for justice?. Apparently Australia still will not protect minorities in the community, including those who break the law.

Yes that's right, criminal's no matter how much we dispise them, are people too and as such have a right to be treated as the law requires, no more no less. Is it to much to ask that everyone is treated the same within the law, wether or not they break it or wether or not they are demented and sick.

It appears we protect and smother peadophiles with police, and their human 'rights' keep them safe from harm. Peadophiles I believe are sympathised with by Judges because the Judges live a different life from the averadge citizen. As vulnerability is the Judges bain they have to spend leasure time in recluse area's, often they can be found in Bali or other sin bin's obtaining moraly wrong pleasure before returning home. So they feel more for a paedaphile than they do for a bank robber.

This is another of the photo's that convicted Martin Bryant regardless of his ability to perform the tasks atributed to him. The person in the picture is unrecognisable and since no witnesses testified to it under oath this should not have been accepted as evidence. If you could clearly see his face, then fair be it, but you cant. Infact the buldge under his t-shirt and top right leg and groin would definately be a kevlar suit. Remeber the 'assasin could not afford to get caught'. Where as Martin Bryant was left there probably drugged with rolhipnols (sedative with amnesia type side effects), whist severel radio controlled incindary devices were set off to convince the police that they were engadged in a stand off.

To the police who were there before the 'person' entered the seascape building, these police who were there have never be tested under OATH which is there to make people accountable for thier actions when caught lying, which makes thier statments void, unless we force an inquiry into the events of 28 April 1996 at Port Arthur a great injustice will continue to pervade our legal system with its infectious presence.

Who knows how many good policemen have been comprimised and blackmailed already because of thier continued silence. Mr Viall who has been spending a considerable amount of his money to investigate this disception and has been 'pressured' to let the matter lay where it is. he has been orered to sign a 'secrets act', which would have effectively silenced him too, luckily he bluntly refused to sign.

Even his children have been effected by his investigations, by certain polititions intent on keeping the truth that Martin Bryant was a 'Patsy' used by some cunning government or multinational agent to hide the identity behind the real killer. Martin may have known the man or may have been drugged and suscepted to some form of brain washing whilst living alone in the bush. If he is protecting this person I urge him to give this person up no matter who it is . It just can not be worth your freedom Martin.

Perhaps he too was fooled into trusting this person (remember Martin Bryant has no friends), and therefore values his/her friendship above all else. Maybe Martin is being blackmailed into silence after all he is serving life imprisonment for a crime with no incriminating evidence and only circumstatial evidence at best leaving anyone in that position with a feeling of helpfulness. There are a lot of people lying and covering each others mistakes throughout this whole catasrophy.

Men and women under strict orders to 'keep quiet'.....'he did it so let it go'. There is a massive wall of hatred out there and it is directed at Martin Bryant a disabled man with an IQ of 66 and someone who cant even run his house without 'mum' let alone a sophisticated assasination operation. The 'Assasin' sent the only two police in the penninsula were sent on a false call claiming there to be a stash of heroin in a mine shaft.

Four minutes after the police made thier radio call to headquaters stating thier arrival the shooting started and was over in 13 seconds. The 'Assasin then waited for another four minutes before exiting the building. This accounts for at most 10 minutes, leaving another 20 minutes beforethe police at thier best could of attended the scene.

This is why the prosecution has put so much on the 'damning photo's' to fill in the time when the police were arriving, meaning Martin Bryant should have been out of there but no the killer took out a car and set fire to another leaving a convenient trail to and from the Broad arrow cafe and the seascape building. Which he then entered and did not exit until the next morning.. with his back on fire.

Highly experienced fire men have observed that the only way you could not be burned on the front of your body in such an intense fire would be if you were lying on your front, but even then the intense heat on your nerves would be unbearable for even a second, Martin was in there for some time before he came groggily stumbling out of the flames, with only his back burnt. it is quite concievable that he was drugged and left to the mercy of either the fire or the police who were apparently shot at 250 time with not one injury.

Sounds strange for such a proffessional marks man. At no time has Martin pleaded guilty and infact he has maintained his innocence all the time, even under months of interogation, even when the police said 'we are charging you anyway, so why did you do it?'.

There can be no doubt that when the judge refused to accept his plea of not guilty it waas under the express orders of non other than the Prime Minister himself, infact if he did accept the not guilty plea (which was Martin Bryants decision and right) , Martin Bryant would have to be convicted by a jury, an option made impossible thanks to thier puppet press machine. So after a few months of illegal isolation Martin Bryant pleaded guilty to all charges and infact said the word guilty seventy two times no doubt under pressure by the authorities.

Isolation and sensory manipulation can break the toughest soldier let alone a fragile simpleton like Martin. We can prove he was isolated though they say he does not want to talk to anyone (convinient), when his mother was first alowed to see him he was strapped to a wheel chair behing several inches of bullet proof glass, when Mrs Bryant asked that he be released they said 'that is beyond our authority' not to soon afterwards she was told 'Martin does not want to talk to you'. How devistated she must have been, to lose her husband and now to practically lose her son as well.

Above is a page from Mr Vialls book entailing detailed scientific proof that a huge deception took place ruining many lives, ending at least over twenty lives and that of one simple man, a deception that all polititions were unanamous on that the Australian citizen should be disarmed for thier own protection (an idiotic idea), disarmament does not save lives as weapons can always be illegaly obtained as Martin Bryant has proved, weapons are easier to get now than before the amnesty, one of the weapons supposedly (according to police) used by Martin Bryant was actually meant to be destroyed in a previous amnesty. The implications of this unknown (publicly) factare enormous, because it means the police had obviously planted several weapons in Martin's house, weapons previously held in police weapons removal facilities. We do not suppose the cops to be perfect but such an obvious 'plant' could hardly go unnoticed.

A prominant pollitition (who for his own sake I will not name said 'until there is a mass murder in Tasmania we wont be able to stop the Automatic gun trade', two years later we have Port Arthur. No one has been able to make sense of the Port Arthur murders because that is how the 'assasins bosses wanted it, meaningless, random but planned to the finest details.

Even the weapon supposedly used in part of the massacre was discovered on the roof of the seascape building, the weapon I might add he was supposed to be using against them before he gave himself up was found to be in operable to the point that the return spring and hand grip have never been found, both of which are needed for the operation of the weapon.

Despite extensive searches these parts are gone, (remember Martin Bryant never left the immediate area), and the destruction and removal of all material including the buildings in mention means those parts amy never be found.

Even if someone found the missing gun parts the police are so incompetant that they would never in a million years even consider them to be the missing parts. No they have convicted Martin without a trial, they have refused evidence from 'credibal' witnesses, they have destroyed vital evidence and denied anyone from taling about the incident.

The car that the killer disabled with extreme accuracy was done with military precision, 'the gun man fired his first shot at Mrs Whites head just missing her ear, immediately afterwards she was shot in the left arm (right next to the heart) and lastly a shot into the motor thus disabling the car', and almost her as well.

Unknown to the judge and police at the time but this is common practise for highly trained Navy Seals and similar covert ops men. Three shots fired succesively at the target, first a head shot to immediately kill the target, then a body shot incase the head is missed, then finaly a third shot to immobilise the vehicle.

Standard procedure when your highly trained, but Martin wasn't and even if he was trained four months is not long enough, even a year wouln't be long enough for Martin. I doubt he could ever learn such a devistating tactic as assaination, taking into consideration the 'official' IQ rated for Martin.

The weapon Martin Bryant supposedly used in the cafe was found with its chamber exploded, a military tactic Martin Bryant could not have known, in fact it is only taught to navy seals and special forces so if thier weapons are compramised by the enemy, when the enemy uses the weapon it blows up in their face and blasts the magazine to the floor taking off their trigger finger and severly burning both hands.

Martins only burns were to his back. The only gunpowder residue found on Martin Bryant was non existent, yeah thats right this man who is suppossed to have let off approximatly 300 in total bullets did not have any gunpowder residue on him, something I find crucially evident against Martin Bryants guilt.

Of course by not accepting Martin Bryant's plea of innocence they effectivly decided he was not to recieve a fair trial, also his weak maturity and intellect meant him arguing in his own defence would be ineffective, leaving the Judge to intimidate Martin into a guilty plea.

Even the psychologist who was only supposed to give a report on Martin Bryants mental state and ability to make a plea in court was pointless, a waste of time, a travesty of justice and tantamount to professional misconduct by way of his continual reference to 'not understanding WHY Martin would kill innocent people' and other derogatory remarks concerning Martin Bryants guilt.

You see a court pshychologist is not legaly allowed to comment on the 'guilt ' of the subject (this is why we have courts), and in doing so he knowingly swayed any judgment away from an innocent plea.

What this effectively did was condemn him from the start, the pshychologist took advantage of a man under physical discomfort, who was isolated from his loved ones and who was probably convinced over those few months before he pleaded guilty that he had definately murdered at least four people and therefore had murdered everyone else that died that day.

In interview Martin continually asks 'when can I go home', he was unaware that he had killed anyone until officer Warren convinced him that he had. Remember Martin was protecting someone who joined him in the 'killing spree', he had gone along with someones plan to 'teach them a lesson', and Martin got left holding the baby whilst the real killer slipped through the Police's clumbsy attempt at 'isolating' the area.

Another inconsistency is WHO EXACTLY identified the 'assailant as Martin Bryant?, he had not been in town for some time and although probably known by locals, word of mouth in extreme incidents like this one (where there is at least 200 tourists running and hiding) I find it hard to believe that anyone 'KNEW' it was Martin Bryant and the fact that not one witness could without a doubt claim they saw Martin Bryant fire or even holding a weapon that day testifies to the injustice carried out here. (This is also why the judge who convicted Martin, without a trial, refused to allow witnesses to talk to the media or court, if they did the prosecution would have lost the case through lack of evidence and Martin would be free.)

Also if it went to court they would have to allow Martin a lawyer, in doing this Martin would again be found 'not guilty' as the evidence (or lack of it) suggests. Without a trial Martin had no legal defence, a shaky video (from America) and unclear photo's (two of) were enough for the judge to 'assume' it was Martin, as no one else had long blond hair in the town and therfore a trial was unnecessary.

Australia was so outraged at the murders I remember taking no notice at what I considered to be 'ignore worthy'. Now I wish I didn't because the fact that Martin Bryant liked to 'shot a few cans' and watch Steven Siegel kick ass does not a highly trained killer make.

Martin had a lot going for him, a substantial inheritance that alowed him to travell, a girlfriend that allowed him to 'relieive tension' and love, and a mother who came around to talk to and help her son. He lived a life of cafe visits , surfing and relationships with a good woman.

He had no good reason to murder lots of people knowing full well he would not get away (unlike the trained assasin) and so I believe Martin was brain washed over a period of a few months by an Intelligence organization that most likely first learnt of the 66IQ Mr Bryant when he was travelling extensively and spending money like a rich man.

I suspect they thought he was a drug runner, after being followed from agency to agency and labled a non risk (except under persuasion) he was soon forgotten, until a new Covert Operation came to light which required a loner, a simpleton, a fanatic. The fact that Martin is only partially responsible and the real 'slaughterer' escaped is probably a thought the police would like to be hidden and forgotten.

Which is exactly what they want the public to do, ' Martin Bryant must not go down in history, we have no place for cold blooded killers in our community or history' as police very rightly at the time said. But unfortunately they have got the wrong man.

Here is a close up of the 'terrified' victims, look how casualy they are standing, one seems to be having a cigarette, there is no way you could sat this is Martin.

So what does this leave us................1)there is still evidence to come to light, in the form of the weapons return spring and hand grip, 2)someone out there has murdered 20 people in an enclosed area and waited whilst they are squirmming on the floor this sight would stick in his mind and hopefully the nightmares and guilt will eventually drive him to confession, 3)Martin Bryant's case will soon be tried by a jury and found innocent and when one of these things happens Martins small fortune and land / home value must be returned to him, how dare they take his home, money that was inherited to him and no one else.

Wether he now deserves to have money or not is too late, he will apparently never get to use it. I for one, want to know where all his money went. All aspects of Martin Bryant's case are clouded in refusal and secresy, never in history has a Government said 'we will make all parts of this investigation open to the public under the freedom of information act', to only then, deny everyone access to te evidence and tapes unless they have a 'sufficient reason' to view the evidence or tapes. Sufficient reasons they will never accept.

"Most of us believe the voice on a recorded phone conversation to be NOT Martin Bryant but infact the real murderer",said Martin's mother. I believe the Police assumed it was Bryant because 'who else could it be?'.

Martin has a few unregistered semi-automatic weapons in his car, the car is unregistered, he had been arguing with the toll gate man and claims not to have entered the site but instead goes to the Martin's farm to set fire to it ( after knocking and getting no answer), or maybe he was told to say this, then he drove to the seascape and actually set fire to a car.

This is one version the other is after going surfing Martin Bryant went to his usuall shooting spot here he met a fellow shooter who had slowly and secretly been befriending Martin Bryant for the last few months, the man drugs Martin Bryant and drives him and the car to the Martins farm, he sets fire to the farm whilst Martin Bryant, who was used to taking sleeping tablets began to slightly awake, which accounts for his partial rememberance of the farm burning. (Martin would have often complained to his new friend that the Martins had cheated his father on a land deal, the real assasin plays on this feeling and perpetuates Martins anger).

The killer then drove Martin Bryant and his car into port Arthur stopping a BMW at the toll, dressed in martins jacket and a blond wig, kevlar jacket (under clothes), he then drove to the cafe after moving the car once on instructions from the attendant and then back again goes inside and slaughters 20 people in 13 seconds wounding 9 and then waits for the tourists outside to move.

He then walks to the bus car park to change weapons where a man sees his face, he chases the man into a bus, shoots him in the back killing him, the killer is now being watched by everyone around so he lets of a hail of bullets, he grabs Martins car and drives towards the Seascape building, drops the real Martin inside and orders the few inside to stay put or they will die, (he leaves a non-operational automatic weapon with the semi concious Martin), he then reverses back down towards the cafe stops midway and sets fire to the car (erasing all fingerprints), it is hear that the BMW arrives on the scene and they see the gunmans face up close, the killer then dispatches all in the BMW.

At this point he is slighly expanding on the original plan but is just under the safe time limit for his escape, this fact is summerised by the fact that a 4wd that tries to speed past, instead of slowing down like the BMW, is only incapacitated after a brief kill attempt.

The killer has no choice now but to put the last props in place and leave the immediate scene, first he kills the hostages in seascape (possibly with a silencer so not to wake the unconcoius Martin) he then redrugs Martin Bryant makes a call to the police and then scarpers out through the back. Meanwhile and mind you this is now at least an hour later, the media arrive, then an ambulance and finaly the police. They arrive to see Martins car abandoned with a dead toll operator and several wrecked vehicals, it is a war zone.

Down the road is a burning car and further down is the Broad arrow cafe where 20 lay dead and 9 injured, the two Police men (Warren included) have been surrounding the Seascape building since they arrived, they are still unaware how many shooters there are, someone is taking pot shots at the police, inside the building martin slowly awakes to find himself in a precarious situation, the police ring him and start a conversation to try and talk him out, there are at least two dead people with Martin and his worst fears are being realised, 'I have gone mad', he will not come out until the police admit that he is innocent, they wont, he holds out for as long as possible.

Meanwhile nearby our assasin is hiding and waiting for the right condition to present themselves, after a short while the assasin sets of a small charge sounding like rapid gun fire remotely leaving the police no other choice but fire back at Martin Bryant, probably stunned with disbelief Martins fragile state of mind worsens and he starts to think about firing back (at this point it is unclear due to a lack of evidence and gunpowder residue on Martin.)

Nontheless the police believe they are in the middle of a fire fight with Martin Bryant, nothing could be further from the truth, infact they are being shot at by a diversion weapon of some sort or by Martin Bryant in deluded self defence (which is fair if he is innocent), The Assasin picks up on Martins will to defend himself and chances that Martin is holding the bogey trapped assualt rifle, the assasin remotely detonates the small charge in the assualt rifle hoping to majorly incapacitate or kill Martin Bryant.

Take note that 200 bullets were let off (possibly by Martin) during this time in which not one bullet hit it's target, strange accuracy for someone who supposedly killed 20 people with accurate shots to the head.

He failed and left his mark for all in the know to see, this along with the other unusable weapon later to be found on the very roof of the seascape building was part of the assasins exposure to the common world. Regardless like a true proffessional he carries on with the destruction by detonating his last incindary device thus starting the fire inside Seascape, it is now early morning. Although Martin is unconcious due to the effect of some slow release sedative or opiate and unable to save himself, it is only when the flames lick the very shirt on his back Martin Bryant clumbsily stumbles out of the Seascape building to a life time of inprisonment and mental abuse by gaurds and prisoners. At the end of the morning 36 people lay dead and a further one Lady dies from a heart attack after hearing that her son had been murdered.

Since the I wrote this story a new problem has arisen in the plight to free Martin Bryant, the World Trade Center has been destroyed by 'terrorists' on 11/09/01 and a night club in Bali was destroyed on 12/10/02 killing 36 Australian's. What do these have in common with the Martin Bryant story?. Easy, where ever the media control a story, wher ever the 'facts' are presented one sidedly, you can be sure there is a conspiracy. Cconspiracies are real, they are perpetuated by an Elite who's very existance permeates everything they destroy and I hope one day their wives or mistresses might come to bring light upon the darkness their husbands have released.
