Adam Internet, South Australia's premier Internet Service Provider is now making it even easier for customers to stay in tune with their account through this easy to use App which is compatible with iOS (iPhone, iPad and iPod touch) and Android devices. The Adam Internet App gives customers full access to their account via a secure log in process through the Members Area plus provides quick links to network updates, latest news and even digital radio streams. Simply download this free application and get online to begin accessing your account.

Using this App residential customers can:

  • Access current tabular and graph data on their account usage
  • Access sync speed and dropout information for AdamEzyChoice ADSL2+ and Naked ADSL2+ accounts
  • Manage multiple accounts
  • View company announcements
  • View outage and maintenance schedules
  • View business contact details
  • Streaming Radio (Free data with Wi-Fi connection to Adam Internet account for ADSL and WiMAX customers)

In addition to the above business customers will also find this App useful to access to current IP addresses to assist remote administration plus much more.

This application is free to download and requires a token number to activate. Once the app is downloaded, the token can be retrieved online through the Adam Internet Member Services Area. You will require your account log in for this.

Instructions

  • Download the Adam Internet App from the App Store using your iPhone, iPad or iPod Touch
  • In a web browser go to: https://members.adam.com.au
  • Login with the details of the account you would like to monitor
  • On the left menu, click Token Manager
  • Select Create New Token
  • Type in a description, or simply accept the default
  • In the Adam Internet App, tap the Gear icon on the top right of the screen
  • Tap Add Account
  • Enter the account token and tap Add
  • Tap Done, your account will now appear
